I was born in the Far East of what was then the Soviet Union and grew up surrounded by the endless steppes of southern Kazakhstan. Since then, I’ve wandered far, living and working across the world.

My bedtime stories were about lands where polar bears roam, the northern lights dance for months, and Indigenous people build their homes from seal skin and snow.

I've always been drawn to stories of distant places. Travel has taken me across continents, each journey revealing new wonders. Through photography, I try to capture the beauty of the people and landscapes that have left their mark on me.​​
